up with my friend and mentor, Sant Qiu via
email.

I was reading the case studies he posted on his
blog and I am just so impressed.

Why am I impressed?

He is very generous with his marketing knowledge,
he is sharing at no charge.

He has the ability to break things down into
simple bite marketing steps that even the novice
can follow. That aside, he is releasing shoe-string
marketing tips that have the potential of catapulting
your business if you just apply it.

In addition, even though he is a well known underground
marketer helping small and medium sized companies, he
is very humble and approachable.

With that said, I would like to raise an important key marketing
tip that he shared in this respective case study of a real estate
agent. His marketing tips can be applied in any industry =)

Sant says, “You’re responsible for the response you get.”

We all know that it is very competitive to be in the real
estate industry.

Therefore how you position yourself is mission critical.

To add on to his point, the work-at-home internet businesses
are also very competitive. The businesses that stands out
are those who position themselves strategically, and Sant shares more
in the case studies how he did it.
