Basically, it is one of the profit model or business
model that is available to make money online.

And the best part about Affiliate Marketing (AM),you can
make money without much of a setup.

BEFORE I share with you into the internet
aspect, if you are a traditional network marketer.

What is means by affiliate marketing is the same
as referral marketing.

With that let’s continue…

Forget about creating a website, buying an autoresponder software etc.

Your main job is to refer people to a site where the products or
services are being promoted.

Therefore the key to affiliate marketing is to
Drive Traffic!

The site is managed by what we call the merchants.

The merchants will provide the necessary sales copy,
follow up autoresponder emails etc.

Your job is to simply sign up with the merchant, and the
merchant will generate a unique link for you.

This unique link will subsequently be embedded within
the sales letter.

When people buy through your unique affiliate link, you
will get paid commission.

The amount of commission depends on the products/services
that you are promoting.

The merchant will decide the amount of commission being paid
out to you but you get to choose the merchant in the first place!

A note on commission and that is to be clear if its a one time
commission or a recurring commission.

This again depends on the type of products or services that you
are promoting. It is important to know that most affiliate programs
are Free Of Charge, however there are a couple out there which
requires you to become a member.

This is the essence of what affiliate marketing is all
about, it is mostly about driving traffic to your chosen merchants’ site,
if you are talking about how to earn money from this business model.
