Do you find it hard to recruit?

Especially in the “work at home on the
internet start a home business” niche.

It is competitive. Period.

And I remembered sharing about positioning
in an earlier post.

Today, I would like to introduce to you systems
that you can use to recruit.

This was taught to me by my mentors.

Having a system may sound complicated, but think
about it most of us are systems’ persons.

We are essentially, for most of us, we are better
off with a step-by-step guide.

And yet, even with step-by-step guides,
some of us may be lost in wonderland.

Take for example setting up an internet
business.

- Opt-in page
- Salescopy
- Autoresponder
- Hosting
- Domain name
Etc…

Just google it and you will find many tutorials
to create an opt-in page, copywriting tips to
write seductive salescopy, how to sign up for
an autoresponder service and prepare your follow
up message and there is hosting and domain name.

Gosh! It will be overwhelming after breaking it
down.

I personally feel that the use of the internet medium
allows such duplication to be done hands-free.

Meaning it can happen with or without you.

What if you can give a customized opt-in page,
prepare a year worth of autoresponder follow
up messages and all your new recruits need to
do is to plug and play?

Do you think this will entice people to join.

Certainly I believe.

If you are a affiliate marketing manager,
model the systems that are working well.

For individual affiliate marketers, be part
of the system and leverage the system so
that you can convince people that setting
up an internet business is as easy as 1-2-3.

Confession: I am of the latter, I am part of a
system and I am leveraging upon it to help
in my recruitment efforts.

There are many systems available out there,
and this is one of the best that I have found and
after consultation and approval from my mentors.

In short, use a system to recruit, a duplicable system
will be superb, then your new recruits would just have
to promote it the same way you did with every guided
step by step to the tee.

I signed up for a Facebook account a about
a week ago and was impressed with its ability
to congregate people together.

Markters and non marketers alike, people are
using facebook to interact and to catch up with
friends and also to make new friends.

You may be asking, are internet marketers using
Facebook? You bet.

Get a account for yourself, and do it now, because
there is always the first movers’ advantage when it
comes to these sort of web 2.0 relationship building.

Think about it, it will take time for you to add friends
etc. You want to start early.

AND be focused on what you want to use facebook for.

This is good advice that I learned from Derek Gehl from
the Internet Marketing Center,
because there are really a whole load of applications
that you can add. Many are “fun” applications and it
will eat up your time and distract you.

These 3 steps will guide you through how you can work at

Do you have a service that people will be interested to buy,

commission. Just to let you know that, the commissions
for digital products are usually above 50% and I would
strongly recommend you to promote products or services
that offers at least 50% commission for your effort.

Step 2- Register your online “business address”

Your online business address basically refers to your
domain name, change part time internet business and
gear up for profits to your desired name. And you realize
the extensions for the examples are all .com, and I will
recommend you to register a .com domain name because
most of your customers are going to find you by keying a .com.

In addition, your domain name will be unique, just like a physical
address, only your own it. Meaning if you are keen to buy a
domain name of it, it will not be available for you to buy unless
the domain name has expired and you can buy it.

You can register at any domain name register, just be cautious
that they are accredited by ICANN. This is a regulatory board
to monitor the domain names.

Step 3- Prepare your store and market it

Once you know what you are selling and you have registered
your domain name, you need a store front that is going to present
the product to your customers. Your store online refers to your
website or a webpage that is going to sell the product to your
customers. You can out source it and pay someone to do it for
you or you can learn the basics and do up a simple webpage.

My recommendation would be to learn the basics of creating a
simple webpage because it will be a useful skill, however if you
are too busy to learn it and you have some spare cash, you can
always hire someone to do up a website or a webpage for you.

Last but not least, with your store ready to sell, you need to
focus 99% of your energies in marketing, bringing your customers
in front of your store.

Actually it is not a matter of how you can work at home

a need for you to do it. Because if there is a will there is a way.

who has earned their first dollar online can be your mentor.

Of course as you progress, you may be more advanced then
your mentor and that is the time to change your mentor. It is
important to have a mentor that has been through and is having
what you want.

2) He/she is willing to mentor you

This is critical. The person must be willing to mentor you. You need
to be able to have access to this person regularly. Because when
you are in doubt, you need to ask questions. And your mentor needs
to be there to help you.

3) You are willing to accept the criticism from this person

It is always nice to listen to praises and good words. At times,
your mentors will criticize your actions. They are by no means
rude, sometimes in a fit of anger they may be. But most times
they want you to become a better person.

4) You can speak your mind openly with this person

You must be able to speak openly to your mentor. You need to
be honest so that your mentor can guide you on the right path.

5) You will listen to this person

Finally, you need to listen to this person. You need to listen
and believe in them and take action. Whenever you think to
yourself, “This will not work.” Just say this back to your inner
voice, “He/she has done it and achieved what I want, so just do it.

” Doesn’t that make sense? Your mentor will only share with you what
has worked for them. So listen to them.

up with my friend and mentor, Sant Qiu via
email.

I was reading the case studies he posted on his
blog and I am just so impressed.

Why am I impressed?

He is very generous with his marketing knowledge,
he is sharing at no charge.

He has the ability to break things down into
simple bite marketing steps that even the novice
can follow. That aside, he is releasing shoe-string

In addition, even though he is a well known underground

Creating Your Position
Sant says, “You’re responsible for the response you get.”

We all know that it is very competitive to be in the real
estate industry.

Therefore how you position yourself is mission critical.

To add on to his point, the work-at-home internet businesses
are also very competitive. The businesses that stands out
are those who position themselves strategically, and Sant shares more

What if you do not have time to follow up?
Answer: You lose them.

You maybe working full time in your job and
part time on your business and you really
have a busy hectic schedule.

What do you do when you do not have the time
to follow up?

You need to think of solutions. Because think about
it, someone joins under you, he or she is all ready
to go and learn to earn their first dime on the internet
and you keep postponing your appointment.

BANG! Your new person is gone.

You may be thinking, “oh, just let this person go,
he or she is depending on you for their success.”

While this may hold some truth, I would prefer
to take responsibility and ownership.

You can hire somebody to do the training or
you can let a step by step system guide your
new person.

few weeks back when he was in town
to speak at Internet Millionaire Incubator,
actually he is the co-founder for the
workshop.

Point is, he is one of the speakers that left
a great impression on me. He shared generously
